Is the free plan useful?
It’s 3 credits a month, and exports carry a Fliki watermark until you upgrade to any paid plan. Free credits reset monthly on your plan cycle, usually your registration date.
What burns credits, just exports, or editing too?
Usage is calculated on text converted to audio plus exported video, so re-generating a voiceover after a script change costs you again. Copilot also consumes credits per message based on the model’s work, plus any media it generates, though Auto-pick deducts nothing.
I ran out mid-project. Can I just buy more?
Partly. Top-up credits can only be purchased while you have an active paid subscription, and they’re valid 180 days from purchase. Alternatively, once you’ve used 90% of your credits you can renew early to refill immediately, but this resets your billing date, and leftover credits don’t carry over.
I bought credits but I’m still being asked to upgrade. Why?
Credits and plans do different jobs: credits determine how much you can generate, your plan determines what kind and what limits apply. If your subscription lapses, your credits survive but your account reverts to free-plan restrictions.
Premium promised 40-minute videos, but I’m capped at 15.
Idea-to-Video generates up to 15 minutes on all paid plans. To reach 40, Premium users add scenes manually in the editor or ask Copilot to extend the video.
Do I keep commercial rights if I cancel?
Yes, you retain the commercial license for everything created during your paid period, with no limits on continued use or distribution.
Will I get copyright-struck on YouTube?
Add your YouTube channel ID to your Fliki profile, premium stock partners need it to whitelist you (up to 5 channel IDs). Better still, enable YouTube Licensed Music in Advanced Settings for pre-cleared tracks.
Can I upload a recording to clone my voice?
No. Fliki blocks audio uploads for cloning on privacy and ethics grounds, you must record a consent script plus a sample live in-app, about 2 minutes. Voice cloning requires the Premium plan.
Is a team plan cheaper per seat?
No. Each member is charged the full plan price — three Standard members at $28 is $84/month — though credits pool across the team. Fliki doesn’t support real-time team collaboration on subscriptions yet.
